Adds signal quality analysis layer. Applicable to oscillatory, chirp, doppler, modulated, and radar-type signals. Achieves entropy reduction on suitable signal types while preserving signal integrity.

Adds residual-based discrimination between clean and manipulated signals. Works alongside TFFTM or standalone on monotonic signal types where TFFTM has zero effect.

Automatically finds the optimal spectral band where anomaly detection is maximally visible. Scans all frequency bins, identifies peaks, and recommends sensor placement for maximum detection strength.

Multi-Prime Certification Stack

Probes multiple prime-local spectral bands simultaneously, producing a vector defect instead of a scalar gap. Detects whether a system is globally coherent or hiding an off-model perturbation.

Takes finite constraint systems, constructs discrete curvature/flux defects, detects impossible states, and identifies balanced configurations. Directly usable for scheduling, combinatorial design, and graph constraints.
